Since a successful start in Winnipeg, MB in early 2003, Evo Garage relocated west to Richmond, B.C. in 2006 to fulfill the needs of its ever expanding customer base. Evo Garage has always applied itself to the highest level of workmanship, customer service, and honesty. A diverse list of premium quality Honda/Acura OEM, JDM and aftermarket parts help to provide our customers with a nearly endless array of products for any taste. Our unique relationship with our overseas contacts allows us the ability to directly import superior Japanese specification Honda engines and parts at undeniably reasonable prices. As a supplier to private customers and major companies throughout Canada and the United States we are on an endless endeavor to expand our horizons while upholding our founding commitments.

POLICY

DISCLAIMER
Evo Garage will not take responsibility for any customers' car collision and customers' accident injury under any circumstances. The installation of modifications may void existing warranty coverage on vehicles and are intended for off-road use in race vehicles only. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure the road-worthiness of their vehicle in accordance to transportation and emission laws in their area.

The sales of classifieds merchandise are not sanctioned by Evo Garage Ltd. These items are property of third-party owners, not affiliated with Evo Garage Ltd., and subsequently Evo Garage Ltd. is not responsible for the sale of these goods. Payment and shipping details are to be worked out between the buyer and seller.

ORDERING
All orders can be made by phone at 1.604.204.0491 Monday – Friday from 10am – 6pm and Saturday at 12pm – 6pm.

PAYMENT TERMS
All orders must be paid in full before shipping. All unpaid orders will be cancelled after 30 calendar days.

DEPOSITS
We require a 50% non-refundable deposit on all special order items.

WE ACCEPT
VISA, Master Card, Cash, Money Orders, Bank Drafts in Canadian or U.S. currency only Bank Wire and Electronic Funds Transfer We do not accept personal Cheques or COD's. All Bank Drafts and Money Orders must be made payable to Evo Garage.

RETURN POLICY
All returns are for exchange or store credit only within 14 days of the invoice date and must be authorized prior to return. In order for merchandise to be authorized for return, it must be unused in its original packaging. All documentation, instructions and hardware must be included along with the original invoice. Shipping must be prepaid for returns; no COD packages will be accepted. Shipping insurance is the responsibility of the customer. No return or exchange on light bulbs, electrical items, special orders, or used parts.

WARRANTY
All used parts are sold as-is, no refunds or exchange will be accepted. Engines are covered by a start up warranty only. All engines are sold as-is. We start our motors prior to importing to ensure that they are in working condition. Evo Garage cannot be held responsible for damage resulting from improper installation. We recommend engine installs by certified professional mechanics only. Merchandise sold by Evo Garage will be subject to the conditions its original manufacturer's warranty and is subject to inspection by the original manufacturer prior to approval of repair or replacement of merchandise. No warranty claim will be accepted for defect caused by customer negligence, mishandling, abuse, or improper installation. Inconvenience and labour cannot be claimed under warranty.

SHIPPING
Most orders will be shipped out via UPS, other shipping methods are available for special cases. A physical address must be provided, we do not ship to P.O. Box addresses. Parcels should be inspected thoroughly before signing for the package. Packages should be opened immediately and checked for damage. It is the responsibility of the customer to file a claim with the shipping carrier if damage does occur to merchandise.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING : All additional customs/duty/brokage are the responsibility of the buyer.
